Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the item delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase item delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us at info@watereverysunday.com for return authorization and instructions. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In case of item arrived damaged or defected, please contact us in 48 hours of the item delivery and you must provide us photographic evidence of the item condition to qualify for the claim the case and further process. 

*All Custom Made Items, including made to order, monogram lettered items may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defect.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Lingerie or swinsuits are not returnable due to health risk. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless return label is provided.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Shipping fees are not refundable.
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, typically 3-5 business days depending on your credit card company or bank. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. In case of PayPal, please check your PayPal balance. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@watereverysunday to arrange exchange and instructions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us to info@wateteverysunday.com to obtain return authorization and instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However you might qualify for free return label in case of receiving damaged or defected items, mail loss, certain products with free return offer by our partner manufacturer/factory and other cases & events that are deemed appropriate by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in case we provide you with return shipping label. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Return Window: Our policy lasts 14 days** from the delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase delivery and you have not initiate your return by contacting us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Return Eligibility: Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and re-sellable condition. Underwear, lingerie, swimwear are not returnable. Some custom made orders are not returnable.
  • Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items Received: Contact us within 48 hours from the item delivery with clear photo evidence.
  • Restocking Fees due to incorrect shipping address: In case of delivery failure, return to sender due to incorrect/invalid/unsafe shipping address provided by the customer, there will be 15% a restocking fees for shipping & handling fees applied to the refund. Customer is responsible to provide correct and valid shipping address and resolve delivery issues occurred at the delivery location. Merchant is unable to correct shipping address once order is shipped or investigate delivery failure due to such address error unless its merchant's fault and order related. 
  • Lost Item In the Mail - Once confirmed of item lost in the mail, we will start a mail loss claim after 30-60 days non-delivery from shipped depending on each courier's policy with record/evidence i.e. tracking history / courier correspondence and reship items that are lost in the mail upon customer's consent unless customer request refund instead. We will communicate to customer for such incidents to complete order fulfillment and delivery.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Once product is shipped, the Return Policy will be applied.
